Shuky Sheffer
Chief Executive Officer
Shuky Sheffer joined Retalix on January 2010. Until recently, he was the President of the Emerging Markets Division and member of the executive management of Amdocs Limited, a NYSE-listed company, where he worked for the past 23 years.
Mr. Sheffer has extensive experience in laying down strategy and managing sales and the delivery of complex, mission critical software projects to some of the world's most demanding customers. He also brings over 20 years of global experience and business best practices, having worked in Europe, USA and the Emerging Markets. Shuky holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Computer Sciences from Tel Aviv University.

Hugo Goldman
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Hugo Goldman Executive Vice President and CFO joined Retalix in November 2007. Prior to his employment in Retalix, Goldman served as CFO of AxisMobile and previously as CFO of VocalTec Communications (NASDAQ:VOCL). Goldman spent 16 years at Motorola Semiconductor Products Sector (now Freescale), where he served in a number of roles, in Israel and in Austin, Texas, USA, including Chief Financial Officer of the Israeli operations.
Mr. Goldman is a Certified Public Accountant and began his career at Kesselman & Kesselman (now a member of PricewaterhouseCoopers). He holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from the Tel Aviv University and an MBA with distinction from the University of Bradford, UK.

Danny Moshaioff
Executive Vice President of Corporate Development
Danny Moshaioff joined Retalix in 1999 and served as Chief Financial Officer until November 2007. Prior to his employement in Retalix, he served as CFO of Blue Square, a major grocery store chain in Israel. Before that he was General Manager of Mashbir Mazon and petroleum companies in the Dankner Group. Mr. Moshaioff graduated from the Hebrew University in 1970 with a BS in Economics and Statistics and received an MBA from New York University in 1972.

Roy Simrell
President, Retail Division - USA
Roy Simrell joined Retalix in 2009, after gaining more than 22 years of experience in retail technology and consumer-targeted marketing. From 2000 to 2008, Mr. Simrell worked at Catalina Marketing in various executive roles, most recently as Corporate Senior Vice President of Information Technology and Research & Development. Previously he worked at Fujitsu - ICL Retail Systems as Director - ISS45 Point of Sale System Application Development, and at RS Technologies Inc. as founder / CEO, serving the hospitality and convenience store industries.

Reuben Halevi
President, Supply Chain Division
Reuben Halevi has over 25 years of experience in the software industry, working in various development and business roles for Israeli and US-based software companies, specializing in product development for Manufacturing, Government and Retail industries, and as a consultant in the ERP, Electronic Commerce and grocery areas.
Mr. Halevi joined Retalix in 2004 and in 2006 was promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Retalix USA Inc. In 2009 he was promoted to President of the global Supply Chain Systems division.

Yoni Stutzen
Executive Vice President, International Retail Business Unit
Yoni Stutzen joined Retalix in 1994 and was appointed head of the International Business Unit in January 2008. He has headed the Company's international sales since 1998. Prior to his employment in Retalix, he worked as Marketing Manager for Manof communications from 1985 to 1994 and as International SWIFT Systems Manager with Bank Hapoalim from 1980 to 1984. Mr. Stutzen graduated from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology in 1974 with a B.Sc. in Industrial and Management Engineering

Ronen Levkovich
Executive Vice President, International Operations
Ronen Levkovich joined Retalix in 2000 and has filled various roles in the International Business Unit. Prior to his employment in Retalix, he held project management, sales & marketing, business development and operations management positions in various organizations. Mr. Levkovich graduated from the College of Management in Israel in 1997 with a B.A. in Business Administration and received an MBA from the University of Manchester in 2000.

Eli Spirer
Executive Vice President, USA Operations
Eli Spirer joined Retalix as a programmer, when the company was founded in 1982. He was made Manager of Development for the Israeli market in 1987, and in 1992 was promoted to Vice President International Development. After transferring to the United States in 1996 and serving four years as Vice President Strategic Development, managing supermarket business and strategic alliances, he was made VP Customer Services in 2000. Mr. Spirer graduated from Technion Israel Institute of Technology in 1981.

Ofer Nimtsovich
Executive Vice President, SaaS and Managed Services - USA
Ofer Nimtsovich joined Retalix in 2000, served as CIO from 2002 to 2005 and as EVP of Professional Services - USA from 2006 to 2008. Prior to his employment with Retalix, he worked in Scitex from 1994 to 2000 where he held various technical and management positions, including Global MS infrastructure manager. He studied Computer Science and served in the IT Division of the Israeli Defense Forces. Mr. Nimtsovich graduated from the Business Administration College in Israel in 1997, with a B.A. in Business administration and marketing.

Dror Kalush
Vice President, Israeli Business Unit
Dror Kalush joined Retalix in 2002 as the Sales & Marketing Manager of the Israeli market and in 2006 was promoted to head the Israeli Business Unit. Prior to his employment in Retalix, Mr. Kalush served as Sales & Marketing Manager of other technology and retail companies in Israel.

Isaac Shefer
Executive Vice President, Product Development
Isaac Shefer joined Retalix in 2008. Shefer worked in Information Technology and software development for software developers as well as for retail chains. For 8 years he served as the Chief Information Officer of Supersol, Israel's largest grocery chain. Prior to this, Mr. Shefer held software development management and project management positions in various organizations in the fields of telecom, manufacturing, distribution, logistics and military. He holds an MSC degree in Computer Science of the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD, and is a graduate of Economics and Computer Science of the Bar-Ilan University in Israel.

Alon Goetz
VP Retail, International Business Unit
Alon Goetz was appointed to his current post as Executive Vice President Grocery Solutions in 2005 after serving as Vice President Grocery Solutions and Vice President of International Development since 1999. Mr. Goetz has been with Retalix since its inception. |

Moti Lichi
Vice President, Retail Solutions
Moti Lichi Joined Retalix in 1994 as a senior system programmer. In 1997 he assumed responsibility for developing the Retalix Fuel system for the convenience store and grocery market sectors. Retalix Fuel has since become one of the company's strategic product lines. Mr. Lichi graduated from college in 1988 with an engineering diploma and served in the Israeli Defense Force for 5 years, developing operational communication systems. In 2001 he completed an Executive development program in general management from Lahav Executive Education program at the Tel Aviv University

Gil Roth
Executive Vice President, Supply Chain Management Solutions
Gil Roth joined Retalix in 2004 as Product Manager of Supply Chain Management Solutions, was made Vice President in January 2005 and EVP of Supply Chain Management Products in 2008. Prior to Retalix, Roth was Co-Founder, President and COO of Supply Science. Dr. Roth holds a PhD in Operations Research from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology.

Tammy Weant
Senior Vice President, Distribution Solutions
Tammy Weant has been in food-related distribution for 25 years, starting out as IT Director for a foodservice distribution company. In 1996 Ms. Weant started with H&S, which then became IDS, now Retalix, in training and implementation, managing professional services. Currently she manages tier one engagements and is responsible for the product management of the Retalix Power product suite.
