Making our support easier and more responsive for our customers is paramount to providing world-class support. To receive support services, Retalix provides both toll-free phone support and a web-based site to report support issues.

- A Call Center Representative will log your support issue in our call tracking system, assign an incident number and direct the incident to the appropriate support team
- A support analyst will contact you to troubleshoot and assist in resolving your support issue.

Our eService portal allows you to create support incidents, as well as track and check the status of support incidents at any given time.
You must have a User ID and Password along with an active support maintenance contract in order to access the eService website; if you do not have a User ID and Password, you may obtain one by requesting a User ID and Password from the eService home page - https://supportus.retalix.com/ or by contacting the Retalix Call Center at 1-800-533-2277. Once you have submitted a request for a User ID and Password, your User ID and Password will be provided to you, via e-mail. The e-mail will also include a Retalix eService Customer Guide that will provide you with instructions on how to navigate within the site.
