Retalix InSync modules are available today for Retalix customers using our Retalix SCM Classic brands (BICEPS, TRICEPS, ABS, PROMPT), as well as Retalix Power Enterprise. These modules can enhance your existing applications, integrate existing Retalix applications, and exist as stand-alone applications:

• Retalix InSync Master Data Management (MDM) solution resolves and synchronizes data across the organization, offering “one version of the truth” for enterprise data. The MDM is the backbone of the Retalix InSync applications, but is also available as a stand-alone solution. MDM acts as a single repository for all master data for Items, Trading Partners & Business Units, Trading Agreements, Costs and Taxes, and Demand Data. The MDM also includes on-line and data staging input facilities, and all Retalix InSync platform services such as Workflow, Data-Sync, Logging, and Reporting.
• Retalix InSync Purchasing, with advanced demand planning and forecasting engines, manages replenishment for distribution centers, DSD ordering, and perishables. The Purchasing application includes recommended order and load building processes, as well as vendor and agreement management tools. Retalix InSync Purchasing helps companies get the right product, at the right price, at the right time.
• Retalix InSync Invoice Reconciliation automates the business process of the 3-way-match: What was purchasing, what was received, and what was invoiced. This solution gives your company necessary control of the invoicing and payment process, and eliminates the non-value added tasks many employees are forced to perform.
• Retalix InSync Data Staging (GDSN) is a robust data synchronization tool to obtain supplier data from the GDSN, direct EDI, and other sources. The Data Staging application performs supplier registration, data staging, workflow, and synchronizes the data with relevant applications based on your company’s business rules and requirements. The solution works in concert with industry Data Pools.
• Retalix InSync Supplier Portal is a web collaboration portal, supplied and managed by the buyer, enabling suppliers to enter, review, and update catalogs and deals. In addition, suppliers can pull movement reports and ads made available to them by the buyer.
• Retalix InSync Warehouse Management is a real-time inventory and labor management system. Utilizing RF and voice technologies, the solution effectively directs all warehouse activities – from receiving to shipment. Retalix InSync Warehouse Management improves accuracy, product rotation, cube utilization, and customer service.
• Retalix InSync Yard Management is a real-time, online solution for companies to manage yard-based assets, including dock and yard-based labor, trailers, tractors, slots, and gates. In addition, web-based screens provide clear visibility and control of movement in and out of the yard. This visibility can be shared with both carriers and suppliers for enhanced efficiencies.
• Retalix InSync COOL-Bio is designed for SCM Classic and Retalix InSync clients to become compliant with the federal requirements for the Country of Origin Labeling requirements, as well as the Bioterrorism Act of 2002. This turn-key solution provides an independent data warehouse and web-based reporting tool to our customer base.
• Retalix InSync Analyzer is an analytics tool for Retalix BICEPS, DAX, and Power Enterprise clients. Analyzer provides business users and managers Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that translate data into actionable items. The views are presented in user-friendly score-cards and dashboards for ease of use.
• Retalix InSync ThinStore allows retailers to deploy store back office functionality in a “thin” web-based environment.  Retailers will reduce their total cost of ownership by eliminating the need for databases at the store level and focus maintenance on a single server (vs many store upgrades).  Retailers can perform DSD Receiving, Shelf Price Audit, Aisle Printing, Item Maintenance, Store Orders, and Inventory Management all on a thin device.
• Retalix InSync Order Management and Billing manages the critical relationship between the store and the distribution center. The solution first receives and processes orders from customers (stores/ operators /retailers). It then validates the orders, performs allocations and substitutions according to corporate rules. On schedule times, the solution sends orders to the warehouse to be fulfilled and creates invoices with complex billing scenarios following the actual shipping of merchandise to stores and retailers. The Order Management and Billing solution easily supports the loading and processing of hundreds of thousands of records a day.
• Retalix InSync Demand AnalytX (DAX), or computer-automated ordering, performs store-level demand forecasting and produces recommended order optimization for store replenishment. Retalix DAX has provided dramatic ROI for inventory reduction, out of stock reduction, spoilage reduction, and increased sales for retailers.
• Retalix InSync Customer Portal is a web-based, self-service tool for retail stores. The Customer Portal includes 24/7 store access for order management, account review, SRP management, self-service reporting, and messaging services.
