Shuky Sheffer

Chief Executive Officer

Shuky Sheffer joined Retalix in January 2010 as CEO. In his previous role, he was the President of the Emerging Markets Division and a member of the executive management of Amdocs Limited, (NYSE: DOX), where he worked for 23 years. 

Mr. Sheffer has extensive experience in laying down strategy and managing sales and the delivery of complex, mission critical software projects to some of the world's most demanding customers. He also has over 20 years of global experience and business best practices, having worked in Europe, USA and the Emerging Markets.

Mr. Sheffer holds a B.A. degree in Mathematics and Computer Sciences from Tel Aviv University.


Sarit Sagiv

Chief Financial Officer

Sarit Sagiv joined Retalix in April 2012 as Chief Financial Officer.  Prior to Retalix Ms. Sagiv was a member of the management team of Quantam Pacific Group, an international private group of businesses.  Ms. Sagiv has also served in several key roles at Amdocs Limited, including Vice President of Finance and Finance Director of the Emerging Markets Division.  Prior to Amdocs Ms. Sagiv held the Chief Financial Officer position at Orad Hi-Tec Systems Ltd. and at Cimatron Ltd.; she has also held senior financial positions with Makhteshim-Agan Industries Ltd., and the BRM Group, a private venture capital fund.

Ms. Sagiv holds both a BA degree in Accounting and Economics and an MBA degree from Tel Aviv University.  She also holds an MA in law from Bar Ilan University and is a Certified Public Accountant.


Todd Michaud

President, Americas Business Unit

Todd P. Michaud joined Retalix in 2010 as the EVP of Sales for Retalix USA and was promoted to President of Retalix USA in 2011. Prior to Retalix, Michaud spent four years as the President and CEO of Revionics, Inc., a fast growing, venture-backed provider of predictive analytics for retailers including price, promotion and inventory optimization. Before Revionics, Michaud was the President and Chief Marketing Officer of IDS LLC, a highly successful, ERP and supply chain software provider serving the wholesale and retail industries. IDS was acquired by Retalix Ltd. in April 2005 and Michaud remained with Retalix USA for two years after the acquisition of IDS in the capacity of EVP of Sales & Marketing. Michaud launched his career with 16 formative years at the IBM Corporation in increasingly responsible positions as an executive in Sales and Marketing with a focus on wholesale and retail industries.


Ronen Levkovich

President, International Business Unit

Ronen Levkovich joined Retalix in 2000 and has filled various roles in the International Business Unit. Prior to his employment in Retalix, he held project management, sales & marketing, business development and operations management positions in various organizations. Mr. Levkovich graduated from the College of Management in Israel in 1997 with a B.A. in Business Administration and received an MBA from the University of Manchester in 2000.


Gil Priver

Head of Strategy, Corporate Development & Alliances

Gil Priver joined Retalix in November 2009 as a member of its executive management team responsible for Strategy, Corporate Development and Alliances. Prior to joining Retalix, Mr. Priver was Head of Corporate Development and Strategy at Amdocs.

Prior to Amdocs, he was VP Business Development at a leading Israeli conglomerate, where he was responsible for investments in technology companies and assisted in overseeing its IT services business.

Mr. Priver has a LL.B degree in Law from Tel-Aviv University and a MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.


Oren Betzaleli

Head of Marketing and Products

Oren Betzaleli joined Retalix in 2010 as Executive Vice President and Head of Marketing and Products. In his previous role, he was the Vice President of Product Management at Amdocs Limited, where he worked for 12 years. Prior to that, he held several software development and management roles in an IT unit in the Israeli Defense Force (IDF).

Mr. Betzaleli has extensive experience in laying down strategy and managing marketing and product management of complex, mission critical enterprise software products, as well as project management and development for some of the world's most demanding customers. He also has global experience, having worked and lived in Israel, Europe and USA. Mr. Betzaleli holds a B.A. degree in Business Management.


Isaac Shefer

Head of Product Development

Isaac Shefer joined Retalix in 2008. Shefer worked in Information Technology and software development for software developers as well as for retail chains. For 8 years he served as the Chief Information Officer of Supersol, Israel's largest grocery chain. Prior to this, Mr. Shefer held software development management and project management positions in various organizations in the fields of telecom, manufacturing, distribution, logistics and military.  He holds an MSC degree in Computer Science of the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD, and is a graduate of Economics and Computer Science of the Bar-Ilan University in Israel.


Ofer Nimtsovich

Head of Software-as-a-Service

Ofer Nimtsovich joined Retalix in 2000, serving as CIO from 2002 to 2005 and as EVP of US Professional Services from 2006 to 2008. Nimtsovich headed the Retalix SaaS Division from 2008 to 2010 and just prior to his current role led the Retalix Global Services Division. Prior to his employment with Retalix, he worked for Scitex from 1994 to 2000 where he held various technical and management positions, including Global MS Infrastructure manager. He studied Computer Science and served in the IT Division of the Israeli Defense Forces. Mr. Nimtsovich graduated from the Business Administration College in Israel in 1997, with a B.A. in Business administration and marketing and also holds an MBA degree from the University of Texas in Dallas.


Anat Shlomovits

Head of Global SI Services

Anat Shlomovits joined Retalix in October 2010 as the head of Retalix Global SI Services. Prior to joining Retalix, she spent 26 years in the high-tech industry, of which 13 years were with Amdocs and 13 years with IBM.

At Amdocs, Ms. Shlomovits established and managed the majority of Amdocs’ SI service lines and was Amdocs Consulting COO. She also served in variety of roles such as head of delivery services competency centers and other corporate functions.

Prior to Amdocs, Ms. Shlomovits worked for IBM performing a variety of roles from programming to account management, product management and system integration & implementation. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Economics from Bar-Ilan University.


Ilana Dankovich

Head of Global Delivery

llana Dankovich joined Retalix in March 2011 as Head of Global Delivery . Prior to her employment at Retalix , Dankovich served at various roles in the IT and Services world. Dankovich worked at Amdocs for over 10 years in wide-ranging roles among them Billing Product Manager, Customer Site Manager in the UK, managing the onsite support of one of Amdocs's biggest local customers, and Account Manager managing key relationships with key Israeli customers. Among her various roles , Dankovich was a part of the management team at Clal Insurance banking unit, and managed the Operational Business System at Better Place.

Ms. Dankovich has extensive experience in establishing and growing global business units and establishing IT organizations, managing major suppliers and overall support of all service channels. She also has over 20 years of global experience having worked in Europe, and NA. Ms. Dankovich holds a BS degree in Computer Sciences from Bar Ilan University.


Irit Ben-Ari

Head of Global HR

Irit Ben-Ari joined Retalix in 2010. Previously, she served as the Head of human resources at Amdocs, and held various senior executive positions in Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd., Municipality of Herzliya, John Bryce Systems Ltd. and IBM Israel Ltd.

Ms. Ben-Ari holds an MSM degree from the Ben-Gurion University (in cooperation with the Boston University), LL.B. from the Tel Aviv University and is a member of the Israeli Bar Association.
