When is Synergy 2008?
Sunday, November 8th - Tuesday, November 10th, 2009
(various user groups and  meetings will also take place on Saturday, November 7th and on Wednesday November 11th)

What is the cost for attending Synergy 2008?
Early bird price through August 31st, 2009 = $795
Regular price between September 1st and September 19th, 2009 = $895
Last minute/on site price after September 19, 2009 = $995

Will I receive a receipt for my conference registration?
You will receive an email confirmation/receipt shortly after you complete the registration process.

How can I make changes to my conference registration?
You can make changes to your conference registration at any time by following the instructions in your confirmation email.

What is the substitution policy for the conference?
Attendee substitutions are allowed and can be made by following the instructions in your confirmation email.

How do I reserve my hotel?
Retalix has secured a room rate of $189/night, good from November 5 through November 14. You are required to make your own room reservations Click Here to make your hotel reservation online or contact the Hilton Anatole directly at 1-800-955-4281 or 1-800-HILTONS and be sure to mention groupname "Retalix Synegy 2009" to be eligible for the group rate. Reservations must be made by October 16 to receive the discounted rate.

Hotel check in time is 4:00 pm and check out time is by 12:00 pm.

Will I receive a confirmation for my hotel reservation?
Yes, you will receive email confirmation directly from the Hilton Anatole Hotel.

How can I make changes to my hotel reservation?
Changes can be made to your reservations, barring any restrictions, by following the instructions on the email confirmation you receive directly from the Hilton Anatole Hotel.

Can I extend my stay beyond the conclusion of the conference?
Yes, Retalix has secured a room rate of $189/night good from November 5th through November 14th.

Will I need a rental car?
No. A rental car is not necessary unless you intend to extend your visit to Dallas beyond the scope of the conference. You are responsible for your own transportation from/to the airport;

DFW International Airport:
Distance from hotel: 14 mi.
Drive time: 20 min.
Directions: Take south airport exit (Hwy 183 East); merge with 35E South. Go about 4 miles, then exit Market Center Blvd. Hotel is on the right hand side.

Transportation to and from DFW International Airport

Dallas Love Field Airport:
Distance from hotel: 6 mi.
Drive time: 10 min.
Directions: Exit airport and turn right onto Mockingbird; make a left to get onto 35E South; exit Market Center Blvd. - hotel is on the right hand side.

How do I register for the golf outing?
You will be given the option of registering for the golf outing during the registration process. If you did not register for the golf outing when you registered and would like to now, please follow the instructions for changing your registration that were included in your conference registration confirmation email.

What is the weather like in Dallas in late October?
The average high temperature in November is 66.0° while the average low is 47.0° F.
